This website is operated by Essential Apps LLC, a company registered in Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, under licence number 1906623.01 (“Essential Apps”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

In these terms, “the site” means the website published at essentialapps.io, and “you” means the person visiting or using it.

By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

If you are using the site on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

What these terms cover

These terms apply to this corporate website only. Our products and services — including Keyword Tool — are governed by their own separate terms of service, which apply to your use of those products and take precedence over these terms in relation to them.

This site is an informational website. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, a binding quotation, or professional, legal, financial or commercial advice.

Permitted use of the site

You may view, browse and print pages of this site for your own personal or internal business use. In using the site, you agree not to:

Messages and applications you send us

The site offers a contact form and a job application form. When you use either of them:

• you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that it is yours to share, and that any document you attach (such as a CV) does not infringe the rights of anyone else;
• you understand that submitting a message or an application does not create any contractual relationship, employment relationship, or obligation on our part to reply, to consider an application, or to keep a position open;
• you agree not to send us confidential information, trade secrets, or unsolicited business or product ideas. Any idea or suggestion you choose to send us anyway is sent on a non-confidential basis, and we are free to use it without restriction, obligation or compensation to you.

All content on this site — including text, page design, graphics, logos and the underlying code — is owned by Essential Apps LLC or used by us with permission, and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.

The names “Essential Apps” and “Keyword Tool”, and our logos, are our trade marks. You may not use them without our prior written consent, except to refer fairly and accurately to us or our products.

Except for the limited permission described in section 4, no licence or right to any of our intellectual property is granted to you by these terms or by your use of the site.

Third-party links

The site links to websites operated by others, including our own product websites and third-party services. We provide those links for convenience. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, their products, or their privacy and security practices. Visiting them is at your own risk, and their own terms and policies will apply.

The courts of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
